Appointments & Scheduling

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for scheduling and service delivery.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and level of infestation.
- All fees will be clearly communicated before service begins.
- Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
- Follow any preparation instructions provided before treatment
- Inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or pets on the property
Service Guarantee
We strive to provide effective and long-lasting pest control solutions. In some cases, follow-up treatments may be required depending on the pest type and severity. Guarantees, if applicable, will be clearly stated in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
PestGuard Solutions is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage caused by pests
- Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions
- Delays or issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

We use safe and eco-friendly methods; however, customers must follow all safety guidelines provided during and after treatment.
